Stayed in great-sized and delightful superior suite with a large closet👍👍

Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards. Overall it was a real good stay in winter. The local stuff was helpful and caring. We where in an incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from Louis Tussaud's Waxworks. The food was good and healthy, enjoyed it.

the breakfast was sensational with toast and pancakes and real eggs, and the team was polite and kept the space clean.

The location was good and amazing, not very far from a commercial casino. And the area was nice quiet, next to the falls, casinos, restaurants, and other attractions, and Clifton Hill and the falls. The room was perfect and comfy, offered a seating area, a writing table and ironing facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's Villa! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions. The home itself was clean and well-maintained. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the beautiful garden in the backyard. we highly recommend Susan's Villa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls.

Delightful & perfect rooms with "twin" as well as 2 bedrooms. Amazing favourable location, nice to the town centre. Amazing service overall and parking onsite.

The food was healthy with a great selection of alternatives. The location of the hotel was excellent - within walking distance of a Niagara Falls water park.

Everything was great and the staff was caring and affable. The location was great in a local area, right by all major attractions at Niagara Falls, Floral Clock, and the Horseshoe Falls.

We had a fantastic romantic escape with my partner. The caretaker was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions. The suite we stayed in was spacious and cozy, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The couch in our suite was not the most comfortable, making it less than ideal for relaxing and lounging.

Think that this absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Fairly clean property, excellent and incredibly nice breakfast, the location is incredible near to the Niagara Falls in 10 minutes and the tourist spots and the restaurant and the shops. The staff are very friendly as well as the host. The service is good with free parking available and healthy meals.

Spent our time really good in this absolutely gorgeous and lovely hotel. Our large room was complete with 2 bedrooms and clean comfortable beds and the striking furniture. We liked breakfast that was included. Location: the property was near to centre of Niagara and the falls and attractions. The team provided a good service. Stayed here for summer holidays, nothing to complain about.

During my vacation last year, I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel. This place is a real gem. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk away from the Horseshoe Falls. It was such a peaceful and serene environment, ideal for relaxation and finding inspiration. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Daniel, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Their warm hospitality truly exceeded my expectations.

The location is exceptionally nice, not too far away from a bustling street. And it's within a close distance from downtown.
